NASHVILLE CONSTRUCTION FIRMS JOIN TOGETHER FOR HEALTHCARE PROJECTS

Bell & Associates Construction, L.P. and Medical Construction Group, Inc., have joined together to form MCG Bell, a healthcare partnership. MCG is a Nashville-based general construction firm with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and Bell, is a Brentwood-based general contractor with more than 40 years experience in the commercial, correctional and transportation industries. The companies are partnering to create this division to bring the strengths of each firm together.

“This will be an outstanding benefit to our clients and to our two companies. “We are bringing the bonding capacity of Bell, which will give us the benefit of approaching larger projects, and have formed a team of the construction industries brightest and best managers and field supervisors to create industry leading healthcare projects,” said Keith Pyle, President, Bell & Associates Construction.

Bell feels MCG has created a successful venture with its current employees and wants to keep them in place, but will add to their depth of personnel by making current Bell employees available for the healthcare projects.

“This partnership will open many doors for not only our two companies, but also for our clients,” said Wade Putnam, Executive Vice President, Bell & Associates Construction. “For more than 25 years, MCG has focused on constructing healthcare projects, and with Bell’s history of commercial work, we feel we can offer a better end result to all current and future clients.”

MCG employees who will now become Bell employees are as follows: Wade Putnam, will serve as Executive Vice President of MCG-Bell Healthcare, Les Kiblinger will serve as Project Executive of MCG-Bell Healthcare, Scott Gentry will serve as Senior Project Manager of MCG-Bell Healthcare and Lynn Williams will serve as MCG-Bell Healthcare Administrative Assistant.

MCG has more than 25 years experience building hospitals, laboratories and clinics, nursing homes and assisted living centers, medical office buildings, diagnostic imaging and surgery centers across the United States.
